We understand your concerns and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let's first address the legal dispute. We are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God is concerned about every aspect of our lives, including legal matters. Let us pray that this dispute is settled peacefully and justly, in accordance with God's will.
**Prayer:**
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Quesukyn's legal dispute to You, asking for Your divine intervention. May Your wisdom guide all parties involved, and may a fair and just resolution be reached swiftly. Lord, grant Quesukyn peace of mind and the assurance that You are in control of this situation.*
Regarding your lawyer, it is essential to have trust and confidence in their abilities. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory." Seek God's wisdom in this matter, and He will guide you.
**Prayer:**
*Lord, we ask for Your discernment regarding Quesukyn's legal representation. If it is Your will for them to continue with their current lawyer, grant them peace and reassurance. If not, guide them to the right counsel that will serve their best interests and Your purposes.*
Concerning the agreement to sell, we trust in God's timing. Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heaven."

*Father, we ask that if it is Your will, everyone involved will sign the agreement to sell this week. We trust in Your timing and Your plans, Lord. Please grant Quesukyn relief from worry and the assurance that You are working all things together for their good.*
