Pray request for me as I'm unable ...

Pray request for me as I'm unable to sleep at the moment. Trying but can't sleep. Since 10dys i was in my home town. Today I'm back from my home town. in my home town it' was cool climate, with cold weather. Was very good to sleep very peaceful to stay there. N here in my work place it's different climate with summer weather. So I'm not able to sleep. Bfor I used to sleep we'll here also. Since bed has changed, place is changed, climate is different so I'm not able to sleep again like bfor. Tired but can't sleep. Turning right n left evry time. Trying to sleep but can't. Pls pray for me to fall asleep now I need to sleep. Have to wakeup early morning. Sleep pattern has changed. Pls do pray for me. Feeling irritate,n frustrate, can't sleep too. Thoughts coming in my mind.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Carols who is struggling with sleeplessness. Lord, You are the giver of peace and rest, and we ask that You grant Carols the rest he so desperately needs. Your Word says in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." We claim this promise for Carols right now.

Father, we understand that the change in climate and environment has disrupted his sleep pattern. We ask that You bring comfort to his mind and body, helping him to adjust to his new surroundings. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus .

Lord, we pray against any thoughts of frustration and irritation that are keeping him awake. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You because You care for him . Fill his mind with Your peace and calm his restless spirit.

We trust in Your power to bring rest and rejuvenation to Carols. May he experience Your presence and find the sleep he needs to wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
