Let us come together in prayer for your urgent need, trusting in God's provision and power. We stand with you in faith, believing that He is able to do abundantly more than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us - Ephesians 3:20 WEB.
Firstly, let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."
We pray together with you that God will not allow your electricity to be disconnected.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our ### in need. We ask that You, in Your infinite mercy and power, ensure that their electricity is not disconnected. We thank You for a quick and timely solution to their problem. We come to You with this need because we know You are able.
We will also pray for a way that your situation will improve. We pray that you will be able to find work to support yourself. We pray that your health will be restored and that you will have reliable transportation to get to and from work. We pray for opportunities to earn money to pay your bills. We pray that you will have money left over to give to the work of God. We pray that your heart will be turned towards the will of God and that He will grant you the desires of your heart. But, most importantly, we pray for Your guidance in their life, that You will direct their paths and provide for them in every way - spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
And an Important note:
We recognize that prayers to God are only by the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that you have affirmed Jesus as your savior. We pray that you will believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. We pray that you will confess your sins to God and be forgiven. We pray that you will turn from your wicked ways and be healed. We pray that you will seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
For it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
And in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Finally, let us encourage you with the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Trust in God's timing and provision, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
