In Ephesians 5:2 WEB, it is written, "Walk in love, even as Christ also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance." This is the kind of love that should be present in our relationships.
Narcissistic abuse can be emotionally and spiritually damaging. It is important to set boundaries and protect yourself from further harm. In Matthew 5:39 WEB, Jesus says, "But I tell you, don’t resist him who is evil; but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also." This does not mean you should allow abuse, but rather, it teaches us to respond with wisdom and grace, not revenge.
If you are in a relationship where narcissistic abuse is occurring, it is important to seek godly counsel and support. In Proverbs 11:14 WEB, it is written, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory." Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In Acts 4:12 you can read, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Help to set healthy boundaries and find the strength to forgive and move forward in Your love. We trust Your promise and act on it. You Lord are our healer, and we thank You for the healing that will take place.
