Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their son to you. We ask for your guidance and strength as their son seeks to reduce ### kg in a healthy way through his own efforts.

Lord, we know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we desire to take care of them in a way that honors you. We ask that you grant ###'s son the discipline and determination to make wise choices regarding his diet and exercise. Help him to develop healthy habits that will lead to weight loss and overall well-being.

In your Word, you remind us that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made. We pray that you would give ###'s son a deep understanding of this truth, that he may approach his weight loss journey with self-love and self-acceptance. Help him to focus on becoming healthier rather than solely on the number on the scale.

Lord, we also ask for your protection over his physical and mental health during this process. Strengthen him when he feels discouraged or tempted to give up. Surround him with a supportive community that will encourage and uplift him along the way.

We trust in your unfailing love and believe that you are able to bring about positive change in ###'s son's life. May he experience your grace and mercy as he strives towards his weight loss goals. We thank you in advance for the transformation that you will bring about in his life.
