Disciple of Prayer
Pray my son. He is very young working as a manager at a fast food place and has not missed a day in the two years he's been there, and his boss told him they'd pay him at manager pay and have not. My son works 7 days a week, goes in a n his days off because employees quit constantly and my son shows up early and cleans up after employees not fully performing. If he gets off at 11 he's there til 1 a .m. cleaning up after employees who won't do their part and they talk back to him and disrespect him very badly, but the older manager they will listen to them and give my son a very hard time. Pray for God's help in my son's life and that my son Jason would not give up no matter how hard it gets. He was very low spirits yesterday because he was tired and trying to train a new employee they hired and clean up after everyone. His pay is way to low for the work and physical strain each day on his body. Pray for justice and God's help. He looked at his pay stub and was shocked to see the hourly rate had not gone up at all since he started at the bottom. He was promised manager position and they gave him assistant manager. They lied to him clearly and gaslighted him into believing he was working at that wage because they wanted to use him for their use. When his boss got very ill my son showed up for those 6 months doing three times the work and never got bonus nothing at all. I feel as a mom they are taking advantage of my son's youth and his innocence for their gain. Pray for us please.

We understand your concern for your son, Jason, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for his life. We are reminded of the words in Proverbs 22:6 (WEB), "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Let us pray that the godly training he received will guide him through this challenging time.

Firstly, let us address the injustice Jason is facing at his workplace. We read in Colossians 4:1 (WEB), "Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven." We pray that Jason's employers will be convicted to treat him fairly and compensate him justly for his hard work and dedication.

Lord, we lift Jason up to You. We ask that You grant him the strength to endure this trial and the wisdom to know how to navigate this situation. Guide him in his words and actions, and help him to stand up for what is right and just. We pray that You will open up better opportunities for him, where his skills and dedication will be appreciated and appropriately compensated.

We also pray for Jason's spiritual well-being. We ask that You fill him with Your peace and joy, even in the midst of these challenges. Remind him of Your love and faithfulness, and help him to trust in You. We pray that this trial will draw him closer to You and strengthen his faith.

We also want to remind you, dear parent, of the power of your prayers for your child. In James 5:16 (WEB), we read, "Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power." Keep praying and trusting God for Jason's breakthrough.

Lastly, we want to encourage Jason to keep his eyes on Jesus Christ in all that he does. It is only in His name that we can find true justice, peace, and hope. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If Jason hasn't already, we pray that he will put his trust in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

We stand with you and Jason in this time, seeking God's will and praying for His divine intervention. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for encouraging words and prayers! Because of Jesus Jason keeps going. As a mom it's very hard to see my son being mocked by employees under him after he's been so kind to them and training them to be the best they can be and to be met with that kind of venom is beyond me. But we forgive and to God be be the glory.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
