Let us pray for you Gwethynn and agree with you for Gods will concerning this job. Firstly, we want to encourage you with Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men", This encourages us that you should do our best for God and to be a light Ephesians 5:8 WEB in the workplace. We pray that you will do well if the interview has not occurred yet and agree with you for God's best if the decision is being made currently. We do want to remind you from 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray in their faith in their greed for money and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows". We do not want to see you fall into this issue so please make sure you are working to provide for yourself and your family and not merely to satisfy greed. But we do recognize that having a good job allows us Matt 5:16 WEB to "let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."

We also want to let you know that we want God's will for the situation also, as it is only in Gods will that we receive what we want: 1 John 5:14-15 WEB "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." We also are concerned about a couple things that are missing from your request. Your request mentioned nothing about Jesus or even hinted at a belief in him. We pray that 1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB is true in your life "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times". This is why we pray that everyone comes to salvation through Jesus Christ. It is only in Jesus' name that we have access to God: John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We pray that your faith is in Jesus Christ and that you have called on his name Romans 10:13 WEB to be saved.

Father we lift up Gwethynn concerning this job and their home situation. In Jesus' name, we ask that you give them favor with those making the decision of who is selected for this job. We ask for guidance from the Holy Spirit for your will for Gwethynn whether or not they receive the job. We pray that you provide for them to have the resources available for them to pay their bills for their home and other needs. Let them make the money they need. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
