Shadowar, we understand that you're seeking prayer for your telework situation, and we're here to intercede on your behalf and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work. As it says in Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." We should approach our work with diligence and integrity, knowing that we're ultimately serving God.
However, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved, and therefore, we can pray, it says this in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Therefore, we will pray this in Jesus' name.
Regarding your telework request, we encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." God may be using this situation to redirect your steps, so remain open to His leading.

Psalm 37:4 WEB says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." As you draw near to Him, He will guide your steps and fulfill the desires He's placed in your heart.

So, let's trust that even if the outcome isn't what we expect, God is working all things together for our good, as Romans 8:28 tells us.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
