Help me forever avoid autoimmune trigger foods!. Help me heal, gain energy and be my best weight. Pray I can do a water fast soon if that is from God. Help me eat meat and low carb without feeling deprived! Let me listen to only God on what foods to buy, eat and drink! Take this burden! Make it easy! Help my cat lose 5 pounds easily for his best health! Help me serve God and take good steps at work.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up BlessedChristian and their prayer request. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and strength as they embark on a water fast and seek to avoid autoimmune trigger foods. We pray for healing in their body, that You would restore their energy and bring them to their best weight.

Your Word reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit , and we acknowledge that You have created us fearfully and wonderfully . We ask for Your divine intervention in their health journey, that You would grant them wisdom to make the right choices regarding their diet and lifestyle.

Lord, we pray for supernatural healing to take place in BlessedChristian's body. We ask that You would remove any autoimmune triggers and restore balance and harmony within their system. Strengthen their immune system, Lord, and grant them the energy they need to fulfill their daily responsibilities.

We also pray for discipline and perseverance for BlessedChristian as they commit to this water fast and make changes in their diet. Give them the strength to resist temptation and the determination to follow through with their goals. Help them to rely on Your grace and power to overcome any challenges they may face.

Father, we trust in Your promise that when we seek You with all our hearts, we will find You . We believe that You are a God who heals and restores. We ask that You would pour out Your healing touch upon BlessedChristian, both physically and spiritually.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May the Lord bless you, strengthen you, and guide you on this journey towards healing and wholeness. Remember to seek His presence and trust in His unfailing love.

Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
