We understand your concern for your daughter and the environment in her apartment. Firstly, let's remember God wants all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. We want all those around us doing well and not doing evil. Let's pray for their health and holiness, not harm. Let's also pray from a point of confession for bitterness, judgement, and hatred. Let us remember, without Christ we are capable of the same things they are doing. Let us remember the scripture,
And why do you look at the speck that is in your brother's eye, but don't consider the beam that is in your own eye? Or how will you tell your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye;' and behold, the beam is in your own eye? You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother's eye.(WEB)

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, claiming Your promise that where two or three are gathered in His name, You are there in their midst. We pray for Your presence to fill the apartment where our dear daughter is staying. Let Your Holy Spirit flow through her and your love flow through her to her guests. May it convicted those who don't know you that they may be drawn to you and repent and believe in You. Lord, we pray that You bless and save everyone who enters the apartment. Surround them with Your warrior angels to protect and guide them. We see the angels stationed in their midst. We declaration the authority of Christ as the son of the most high God. We claim no authority of our own, but the authority of Christ. The same authority given to us by Christ.
Luke 10:19 Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you.(WEB)
As Christ told his disciples, greater is he in us that in the world. We call upon you Jesus to rebuke anything not from you. As the scripture says,

We pray that any impurities or influences that are not from God be removed from the apartment. We pray that the words of our daughter and her guest, will be pleasing to the Lord and will glorify Him. We pray there will be no speech that causes harm or disagreements.

We also ask that You Gird our beloved one with your strength and power to help her resist temptation and stand firm in her faith. We pray that those who don't know Christ to be convicted of their sin and seek You with all of their heart soul and mind. We pray whatever cannot be won for you will leave. So we can see, the request "may the fire of the holy Spirit burn away all impurities sins of alcohol getting drunk be removed may the trouble they cause fall into their laps and they be engulfed by the words they speak," is really not in alignment with the character of Christ. Sure, we are to pray God would saved those committing sin and not to hurt them. We also know we are to pray for our personal righteousness and holiness and to pray for the righteousness and holiness of those around us. We can see Christ hit a mean of money changer's tables and took a whip those money changers who were misrepresenting God's name, but we are not Jesus Christ. First, our discussion sounds more like the Muslim god who kills and destroys those who are his enemy. No, we are to resist the devil and he will flee. Trials are in life to increase our holiness, purity, and faith. Next, we want to be more like Christ and not abuse him. Finally, we want to pray on God's will, and not ours. We know God wants no one to perish, but come to the knowledge of the truth. We should not pray for God to harm anyone. We just discovered this in our prayer and scripture we read, and since we know all scripture is God-breathed and profitable for reproof, doctrine, correction, and instruction in holiness, then we didn't even need to comment, did we?
It is our prayer that that our requestor knows that their prayer was earnest and we are tenacious as the Israelites in the Bible to pray for God's will.
I have set Yahweh always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my tongue rejoices. My body shall also dwell in safety. Since you will not abandon my soul in Sheol, you will allow your Holy One to see corruption, you will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. Yes, Father, we ask that you will help all who come into this apartment acknowledge this. Let them seek You and be joyful and glad in Your presence.
