We stand with you in prayer, lifting up innocent African American men who may be facing spiritual warfare and various trials. We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in high places. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer request with "in Jesus name, Amen." This is the only way we can come before God the Father, through His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6, WEB) This is the basic salvation message. Believing in our hearts that Jesus is Lord and that God raised him from the dead is the only way to be saved. (Romans 10:9)
We rebuke any attempt by anyone, including Filipino sorcerers or any other individuals practicing witchcraft, to curse and cause harm through hypertension, high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, disease, or any other means. We stand against these acts, knowing that "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus." (Romans 8:1, WEB)
We pray for God's divine protection over these men, shielding them from racism, hate crimes, evictions, poverty, spite, jealousy, brain aneurysm, early death, homicide, suicide, and any other trials and tribulations they may face. As it is written in Psalm 34:7, "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, And delivers them."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up innocent African American men who are facing spiritual attacks and various trials. We pray for Your divine protection over their lives, shielding them from any curses, diseases, and harmful intentions. We rebuke any spirit of racism, hate, and poverty that may be at work, and we ask that You surround them with Your favor and blessing. We pray for their spiritual strength and encouragement, knowing that You are a very present help in times of trouble. We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage these men to remain steadfast in their faith, trusting in God's promise that "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail." (Isaiah 54:17, WEB) We also encourage them to seek support from fellow believers and a Bible believing church in the area.
