We understand that you are going through a challenging time, and we are here to pray and offer guidance according to biblical principles.
Firstly, it is essential to remember that our help comes from the Lord. As it says in Psalm 121:2, "My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth." We need to trust in God and focus on the healing relationship available to us through Jesus Christ.
And Jesus was given all authority in all the heavens and all the earth by God. It is only in Jesus Christ and His name that we can approach God. It is only by Jesus's death, resurrection, and victory over death that we have hope and salvation. Jesus said 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by Me.' (John 14:6 WEB)
We also want to address the issue of marital roles and healthy relationships. We believe a man needs to be the spiritual leader and provider for the family. We believe a wife is to support and help her husband in this endeavor. We believe this is the Godly and biblical relationship. Therefore, we pray that your husband will resume his duties and that God will provide the strength and wisdom for both of you to fulfill your respective roles. We pray that the situation is not a wife trying to take the role of the husband as the provider and spiritual leader. "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything." (Ephesians 5:22-24 WEB). And "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it;" (Ephesians 5:25 WEB)
Regarding the issues of negativity, sorrow, and misfortune, we encourage you to remain steadfast in faith. God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this sister in Christ and her husband. We pray for their financial, spiritual, and emotional well-being. We ask that You heal them of any sickness, deliver them from debt, and resolve any issues they are facing. We pray for the husband to resume his duties as the spiritual leader and provider of the family. We rebuke any negativity, sorrow, and misfortune, and we ask that You turn their situation around for their good and Your glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to trust in the Lord and seek Him more, knowing God can and will turn around the most difficult situations of His Children. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)
