If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, so that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector." This passage highlights the importance of addressing conflicts directly and seeking reconciliation.

However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB): "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your guidance and intervention in this situation. We pray for a peaceful and constructive dialogue between the parties involved. Lord, soften their hearts and open their minds to understand each other's perspectives. Help them to communicate effectively and resolve their differences in a manner that honors You.

We rebuke any spirit of discord, strife, or bitterness that may be at work in this situation. In its place, we ask that You fill them with Your love, patience, and understanding. Guide them towards a resolution that is fair, just, and pleasing to You.

If there is any unforgiveness, remind them that harboring unforgiveness is a sin. The scripture says in Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB) "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." Help them to forgive one another, just as Christ has forgiven us.

We also pray for their salvation, that they may come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior if they do not already. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
