We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you are facing at work and the challenges you've encountered with your cases. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, even if the waters rise (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for your compassion in caring for your patients and wanting the best for them. As believers, we are called to pray for one another, and we are instructed to come to God through the name of Jesus Christ. We have access to God in this way because of the Salvation provided by Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear servant of Yours. We pray for the patients who are experiencing difficulties. We ask for healing, full and complete restoration, and the recovery of their vision. Please be their Great Physician and guide the efforts of those responsible for the care of these patients. We pray for miracles and the best possible outcomes, knowing that all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us.
Lord, we also pray for this Your servant. We ask that You strengthen their surgical skills and give them the wisdom and discernment needed to perform their duties with excellence. Help them to stay calm during stressful times and be a beacon of hope and peace to all those around. Help them to train their hands for war and their fingers for battle.
Father, we also pray for peace and stress relief. Cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Guide them through these challenges, Lord.
Help them not to worry, be anxious, or fret about anything; but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let us present our requests to You. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus.
We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In addition to praying, we encourage you to meditate on God’s Word. Remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Trust in Him with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
Lastly, we would like to gently remind you to always approach God through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have any doubts or questions about this, we encourage you to explore the teachings of Jesus and the salvation message in the Bible.
