Firstly, let's address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this, which you now see and hear. (Acts 2:33 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved one to You. Lord, You know the intentions of every heart, and You see those who may be using or competing with this person. We pray that You would remove such people from their life, and surround them with genuine friends and a godly spouse who genuinely cares for them. Grant them the wisdom and discernment to see true intentions, and help them to never use anyone for personal gain.
Lord, as they prepare for their upcoming interview, we ask that You grant them a calm mind and heart. Guide their words with confidence and clarity, and touch the hearts of those interviewing them. May they find favor in their sight, and may the outcome be successful according to Your will.
Help them to remain content, focused, and hardworking, that they may enjoy the fruits of their labor. Lead them to make better choices, and walk in Your peace and purpose.
In all things, Lord, help this individual to seek Your face, Your guidance, and Your will. May you be the center of all things.
Finally, we pray for their salvation. May they come to fully trust in Jesus Christ if they have not done so. It is only by this name we are saved and can be saved. For it has been written: There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! (Acts 4:12 WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved. It is only by Jesus that we have access to God and have eternal life.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
