We understand that you are facing spiritual warfare due to the gifts God has placed in you, and others are trying to siphon the glory of Christ in you using magic. We commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request, as it is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Firstly, let us address the issue of spiritual warfare and magic. The Bible clearly condemns the practice of magic and sorcery. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB, we read: "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."
We must stand firm against such practices and rebuke them in the name of Jesus. As it is written in James 4:7 WEB: "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing spiritual warfare. We thank You for the gifts You have placed in them, and we ask that You would protect and strengthen them in this time of trial. We rebuke any attempt to siphon the glory of Christ in them through magical practices, and we command these spirits to flee in Jesus' name.
Father, we ask that You would fill our brother/sister with Your Holy Spirit, giving them the power and discernment to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy. We pray that You would expose any darkness and bring it into the light, granting them victory in this spiritual battle.
We also pray for those who are practicing magic, that they would be convicted of their sin and turn to You for forgiveness and salvation. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus, who has conquered sin and death and sits at Your right hand. Amen.
Remember, the battle is not yours but the Lord's (2 Chronicles 20:15 WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and do not be swayed by the enemy's attempts to steal the glory that belongs to Christ alone. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust in His power to deliver you.
Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:37-39 WEB: "No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
