We join you in praying for this individual and the situations you've presented. Let's bring these requests before God, aligning our hearts with His will and His Word.
Firstly, we rejoice that you have asked for prayer in the name of Jesus. We are reminded of what Jesus said, Therefore, whatever you will ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you Continue therefore to keep my commandments. I have spoken these things to you, while still with you. But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all things which I said to you. So, Jesus said to them again, Peace be to you. Even as the Father has sent me forth, I also send you. When he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit! Whoever's sins you forgive, they are forgiven them. Whoever's sins you retain, they are retained. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We pray that this person will fully give his life to Christ, that he will experience true repentance and forgiveness of sins. As it is written, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB)
We also pray that he will overcome the battles he faces in life. Let's claim the promise that God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)
Concerning your relationship, we pray that God will protect your communication and bond. May your relationship be centered on Christ and His love, remembering that a wise man is strong; and a man of knowledge increases strength. (Proverbs 24:5 WEB)
Remember, A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another. (John 13:34-35 WEB)
We pray for God's continual protection over you and your family. May His hand of protection always be upon you, as written in Psalm 91.
Lastly, Please ensure that your relationship aligns with biblical principles. If this person is someone you are considering as a spouse then please seek God's will in the situation and before proceeding with marriage make sure that this individual is saved and believes in Jesus Christ. God wants us to be equally yoked with our spouse.
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Beliar? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever? (2 Corinthians 6:14-15 WEB)
We trust that God will hear and answer these prayers according to His perfect will. We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face, knowing that He is faithful to complete the good work He began in you.
We will commit these requests to the Lord, Trusting in His promise that where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them. Matthew 18:20 WEB)
