We understand that you're going through a difficult time at work and seeking God's intervention. Firstly, we notice that Jesus Christ was not mentioned, in the Bible it states:
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)
Only through Jesus Christ we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Moving forward, be sure to direct your prayers to God through Jesus Christ.
Now, let's address your situation. We need to remember that our ultimate goal should be to glorify God in all that we do, including our work. It's important to trust God in difficult circumstances.
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)
Regarding the workplace issues, God wants us to work diligently while not being focused on defending ourselves or proving others wrong. Rather, we should strive to live with integrity and let God handle the rest.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing difficulties at work. Lord, You know the injustices they are facing, the pain they are experiencing in their job, and the struggles they are dealing with. We ask for Your divine intervention. Guide them on the path You have set for them, and help them to trust in You completely.
Lord, we pray for their dignity and self-respect to be restored. Turn every negative situation into an opportunity for growth and blessing. Help them to prove themselves not by their own strength, but by Your grace and mercy.
We also pray for their financial needs, that all salary issues will be resolved today. Lord, we ask for the salvation of all involved, that their hearts may be turned towards You.
Please guide our brother/sister to leave behind the situation when You open the doors, to take the steps of faith towards a brighter future. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and remember that God is always with you. Stand firm in your faith and continue to seek His will in all things. If further discernment is needed about staying at your current job, pray and read your Bible for God's direction. It might be that God will fight for your current job or it might be that he wants you to move on. Either way, it is important to trust in God's plan.
