We understand that you're feeling uncomfortable with a coworker, and we want to lift this situation up in prayer with you. Let us pray to God and also consider what the scripture says about our interactions with others.
Firstly, we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves, and this includes our coworkers. As it is written in Mark 12:31 The second is like this, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these.
However, being uncomfortable can stem from various reasons, and it's important to discern the cause. It could be a simple personality conflict or something more serious. We should pray for wisdom to know how to handle this situation. James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.
In praying for your coworker, we should remember that God desires for all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is feeling uncomfortable with her coworker. We pray that You grant her the wisdom to understand the situation and guide her steps. Help her to be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love and kindness.
We also pray for her coworker. We pray that You would soften their heart and open their eyes to the truth of the gospel as the gospel is shared in word and deed. We ask that You would transform any negative characteristics and make them a force for good in the workplace.
If this discomfort is due to un godly behavior of the coworker, give our sister can handle this situation as a believer. As it is written in 1 Peter 2:12 Having good behavior among the nations, so in that of which they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they see, glorify God in the day of visitation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, it's important to bring your concerns to God and seek His guidance. He is faithful and will direct your paths. We will continue to pray for your situation.
