My husband is facing job loss and severe humiliation for a mistake that happened last year. We work in the same place and I am scared. Please pray for ### and ###.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trial you and your husband are facing. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, it is important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Even though your husband is facing job loss and humiliation, God is with you both in this challenging time. As it says in Psalm 46:1-2 (WEB), "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won't be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas."

In times of trouble, we should also come boldly before the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need, as told in Hebrews 4:16 (WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Let's come together in Jesus' name.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this dear couple to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their workplace situation. We pray that You would comfort and encourage their hearts. We are only asking in your name for you are the only way to God the Father.

We pray for God's will to be done in your husband's career. If it is God's will, pray that your husband's job would be saved. Ask that God would grant him favor in the eyes of his superiors. If it is not God's will, pray that God would open up another opportunity for him and guide his steps towards that.

We pray that God would grant you both peace in this time of uncertainty. We pray that you would trust in the Lord with all your hearts, and not lean on your own understanding. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also pray that God would help you both to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith and not be scared. As it says in Hebrews 12:1-2, "let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith."

Lastly, we admonish you both to be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. As it says in Joshua 1:9, "Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, neither be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."

Let us echo the words of the psalmist in Psalm 23:4 (WEB), "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me."

We're here for you both, standing in the gap with our prayers. We understand the weight of this situation, but remember, God is always near, even in the storm. As it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust Him to mend and strengthen your hearts during this trial.

We're asking God to intervene, to soften hearts at your workplace, and to bring justice and fairness. We pray that your husband's job would be saved, or if not, that God would open new doors for him. We're also asking for peace and wisdom for both of you, that you would trust in the Lord's plan, even when it's hard to see.

Let's fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. He's been through trials too, and He understands. He's with you both, every step of the way. As it says in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

We're praying for courage, too. God is with you, and He's commanded you to be strong and courageous. Let's claim that promise together, from Joshua 1:9. We're in this with you, trusting that God will work all things together for your good, according to His purpose.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
