We join you, ###, in praying for your female friends, trusting that God has a plan and purpose for each of them. We stand on the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Let us pray together. Father, we lift up the female friends of ### to You. We pray that You will guide them, lead them to godly husbands, and establish Yourself at the center of their marriages. We ask that You prepare them to be godly wives and help them to keep everything aligned with Your Will and principles. According to Psalms 37:23 "Yahweh directs his steps, He delights in his way.", we pray that Christ directs them and delights in His way. We thank You for the promise in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We ask that You ease any anxiety they may have and fill them with Your peace as they trust in You.
We encourage you and your friends to trust in God's timing and to seek Him first, as Matthew 6:33 says, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Remind them that God is faithful and that His ways are higher than our ways. Isaiah 55:8-9. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
As they prepare for marriage, encourage them to be women of God, modeling their lives after the example in Proverbs 31 and Ephesians 5:22-33.
