We are truly sorry to hear that you are experiencing anxiety attacks, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. God cares deeply for you and wants to give you peace and comfort in this time of need. Let us share some words of encouragement and pray together.

Firstly, we would like to remind you of God’s constant presence in your life. In Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), it is written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." God invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you deeply.

It is also important to remember that anxiety can often stem from worldly concerns and fears. In Matthew 6:34 (WEB), Jesus tells us, "So don’t be anxious for tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Trusting in God’s sovereign care and focusing on today can bring tremendous relief.

Let us pray for you now:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing anxiety attacks. Lord, we know that You are a God of peace and comfort. We ask that You would calm their heart and mind, and fill them with Your everlasting peace. Help them to trust in You and to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Surround them with Your loving presence and guide them with Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God in prayer and through His Word. Cling to the promises of God, and remember that He is with you always. If you need further counsel or have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
