We appreciate your heartfelt prayer and your acknowledgment of your struggles. We will pray with you and provide some biblical encouragement and guidance.
Firstly, it is commendable that you are coming before the Lord Jesus Christ with your confession. We are all warned, "Be of sober spirit. Be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." 1 Peter 5:8 WEB.
It is through confession and repentance that we find forgiveness and are cleansed from all unrighteousness that we have committed whether in thought, word, deed whether it was by what we did or what we did not do. This is made very clear in 1John 1:9, WEB, stating, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.".
Regarding your worries and anxieties, the Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus".(Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
When you find yourself overwhelmed by fleshly desires and evil thoughts, remember the words of Romans 12:2 WEB, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.".
To walk in the just way you should be confessing your sins before God and study the Bible. This will restore your conscience and help you hold fast to your belief in Jesus Christ. We know God will lead you to the place He wants for you and protect you from turmoil as you live in holiness as before. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 WEB tells us, "Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.".
Finally, let us pray together for you.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Haleard. Lord, they have confessed their sins and acknowledged their struggles with worry, anxiety, and fleshly desires and they are seeking your leading and calling. We ask for Your mercy and forgiveness upon them. Restore their conscience and strengthen their faith. Help them to walk in Your ways. Protect them from turmoil, and in temptation, we know that you will provide a way of escape. Lead them to the place You have prepared for them. In Jesus name. Amen.
