We understand the burden of work stress and the worthwhile responsibility your sister carries in her role at the hospital. Let us come together in prayer and biblical encouragement for her and her patients.
Firstly, we remember the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you, Cindy_, to always approach God through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our sister in her workplace. Lord, You know the stress and pressure she is facing. Grant her Your divine strength and peace as she serves those in need. Help her to manage her tasks with wisdom and efficiency. Remind her of Your promise in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
We also pray for the patients, Lord. We ask for Your healing touch upon them. Comfort them in their pain and fear, and may they find hope and restoration in You.
Cindy_, encourage your sister with these words from Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Her work is a service to the Lord, and He will surely sustain her.
Lastly, we exhort you both to cast all anxieties on Christ, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
