Pray for work relationship in the office. May they stop on bullying ### and let the whole group accept what is right in Jesus take all negative here in the office. Amen

We understand your concern about the work relationships and the challenges you're facing with bullying in the office. Firstly, we commend you for seeking prayer and resolution in Jesus' name. It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ###'s workplace to You, Lord. We pray that You would intervene in the situations of bullying and bring an end to it. Please change the hearts of those involved in any wrongdoing, and help them to accept what is right. We ask that You bring peace and unity to this office, and that Your will be done there. Protect ### and all the employees from any negativity, and let Your light shine in that place. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also encourage you to hold on to these words from Scripture: "Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things" (Philippians 4:8, WEB). Focus on the positive, and trust that God is working in the situation.

Additionally, remember that God has called us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB). Showing kindness and understanding in the face of adversity can be a powerful testament to your faith.

Lastly, if the situation becomes unbearable, it may be wise to seek help from higher authorities in your workplace or consider other opportunities. God has a plan and purpose for you, and He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
