We understand that you're facing many attacks from the enemy and that you feel tired and depressed. Firstly, we want to encourage you to always come before God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
In times of trouble, we should remember God’s promises.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their family, especially their mother. Lord, You tell us in Your Word that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). We stand in the gap for this family and claim Your protection and deliverance from these attacks.
Father, ### feels tired and depressed. We pray that You would be their strength and comfort.
Lord, You promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5), and that You are always ready to help and deliver us.
We rebuke the spirit of depression and heaviness in the name of Jesus.
Father, we also lift up ###’s mother, praying for her healing and joy. Lord, You tell us that You are the God who heals us (Exodus 15:26), and that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We claim these promises for ###’s mother, asking that You would touch her body, heal her, and fill her with Your joy.
Father, help ### and their family to put on the full armor of God, so that they can take their stand against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11).
Help them to be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power (Ephesians 6:10).
Give them the strength to stand firm, remembering that the weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world (2 Corinthians 10:4).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
###, remember that God is with you and that He is for you.
Continue to trust in Him, and He will see you through these trials. Stand firm in your faith, and do not let the enemy have a foothold in your life.
