Let us first acknowledge that all good things come from God, and He is the one who can bring restoration and provision. It is good that the requester is asking for prayer, but we must remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that our prayers are heard by God. As it is clearly written in the scriptures.

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20 WEB
First, let us pray for the niece, that God may soften her heart and draw her back to Himself and to her family. We pray that she would not only return to prayer but also to a true relationship with Jesus Christ.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift up the niece of the one who requested prayer. We pray that You would soften her heart and draw her back to Yourself. Help her to see the love that her family has for her. We pray for seeking forgiveness and reconciliation in her relationships with Jesus and her family. We pray she makes the resurrection of Jesus Christ her resurrection by believing in Him and she is saved. In Jesus name.
We commend the request for work, but make sure to remember to acknowledge God in the pursuit. Do not make looking for work and income more important than your relationship with God. With your financial situation under control, don't forget to give thanks to God for your income and ask Him how He wants you to use it.
But seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 WEB

Our prayer is not only for employment but a good Job that can utilize their talents and skills. We pray that they may be a light of Jesus in the workplace and find favor with their coworkers and employers. In Jesus name.
Lastly, let us pray for the brother, that God would bring him supernatural peace and comfort. We pray that he would cast all his anxieties on God, because He cares for him.
Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22 WEB
Father, in Jesus' name, we lift up the brother of the one who has requested prayer. We ask that You would bring him a peace that surpasses all understanding. Help him to cast all his cares on You, because You care for him. Comfort him in whatever situation he is going through. In Jesus name. We also pray for those praying that they will also be at peace when they leave this situation with God.

We believe that God is more than able to touch each of their hearts and bring about the changes you've asked for. We're asking that God would draw your niece back to Him, that she would find that love for prayer and for Jesus again. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift up your niece, asking the Lord to draw her heart back to Himself and to rekindle the love and passion for prayer she once had. We also stand with you in asking for Gods provision of work and for His peace to fill the mind and heart of your brother. We count it a privilege to pray with and for you and we hope that this burden has lessened since you first posted.
If your niece has returned to the Lord, your work situation has improved, or your brother's mind is at peace, then praise the Lord. Let us know so we can rejoice with you. We want to celebrate what the Lord is doing even if it's simply sustaining you all during this time. Remember, God is at work even when we can't see it.
