We understand your concerns and will join you in prayer for this situation. However, it's important to remember that Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as stated in Matthew 5:44 (WEB): "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."
Instead of simply asking for these individuals to mind their own business, let's pray for a change in their hearts and for God to work in their lives. We should also pray for our own hearts, that we may harbor no ill will towards them.
**Prayer:**
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up these Californian individuals and authorities in National City and San Diego counties who have been causing trouble. Lord, we ask that you soften their hearts and turn them towards you. Help them to see the error of their ways and to seek your face. We pray for their salvation and that their lives would be transformed by your love.
Lord, we also ask for your peace and protection over the situation. Please intervene and bring about a miraculous change in October 2024, or even sooner if it is your will. Help us to love and forgive as you have loved and forgiven us.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Let's remember what Romans 12:17-19 (WEB) tells us: "Don’t repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good from the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
God bless you as you trust in Him.
