Shadowar, let's bring your concern to God in prayer, while also considering His will in this situation. We understand that you may be feeling anxious about traveling in the snow, but let's remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (WEB Isaiah 55:9).
Firstly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. For the Scripture says:
"who--though he existed in the form of God--didn't regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, yes, the death of the cross. Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Grant ### Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and help him/her to know that You are always with him/her, even in the midst of snow and uncertain travel conditions. "Have not I commanded you? If the trip is not part of Your plan, Father, we ask that You make that clear and provide a way out. But above all, let Your will be done, and let ###'s heart be at peace with Your divine purpose.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
