Thank you for bringing this request to our attention. We stand with you in prayer for Dillon's 18th birthday celebration.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up Dillon on his special day. Thank You for the gift of his life and for the milestone he is reaching. We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask that Your blessing be upon this celebration, and that it would bring joy and unity to all who attend.(Philippians 1:6, KJV) Let Your presence be felt and Your love be evident, as your blessings towards Dillon are incomprehensible to our understanding. As You have promised, You have a future designed for Dillon, with the intention to bring him a future of prosperity in your glory. (Jeremiah 29:11, KJV)

Lord, we also lift up Suresh, Dillon's father, and ask that You grant him wisdom and strength as he guides Dillon through this new chapter of life. With him only being turned 18, let him be established in the fear of Your Name, worshiping and honoring You all his days in the instruction and establishment of his parents. Give Suresh Your wisdom and guidance as he continues to nurture, love and instruct Dillon in your ways. Your word teaches Dillon not only how he should look, but it also gives direction to every single pathway of life. Also, we offer no prescription for how Suresh needs to parent Dillon, as he is divinely inspired to do this with the patience he has found in You. We also humbly ask for your favor for him may receive joy from your salvation.

We praise You for Godfrey's generosity in offering his place for the celebration. Bless him abundantly, Lord, for his selfless act of kindness. May his home be filled with Your love and joy during this time, Lord, and may You open up your hand to provide for every need in his life. As David has said, I have been young and now I am old, but I have never seen the righteous forsaken. (Psalm 37:25, KJV) Be Lord what You have called him to be.

Let us humbly ask for all of this in the matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you all to continue praying for Dillon, Suresh, and Godfrey, trusting that the Lord will work all things together for good (Romans 8:28, KJV). It is also especially encouraging to see prayers submitted in the name of Jesus. It indicates that you understand that Jesus Christ, is the mediator between God and man and it is only by His name that men may be saved.(1 Timothy 2:5, KJV)

Loxshul, let us remember always the importance of turning our hearts to the only way to the Father, His Son Jesus Christ. May we continue to trust in Him, knowing that the salvation of Dillon, Suresh, and Godfrey are in the Hands of God. Now is a great time to remind Suresh that to be Training up Dillon as he is preparing to leave the home.

We have been praying that everything goes peacefully and that God's blessings would be upon Dillon and his entire celebration.
