We're called to be diligent and faithful in our work, as Colossians 3:23-24 says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." We pray that you'll find strength and patience in this situation, and that your work will be a testament to your character and faith.
Regarding the Scrum master, we should pray for them, not against them. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Let's pray that God will soften their heart and guide them to act justly and fairly. We also pray that any injustice or mismanagement will be brought to light in a way that honors God and promotes fairness and reconciliation. Remember, God is the ultimate judge and He sees all things. "Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God." (Corinthians 4:5)
