Amen, Sweaxulira! Keep trusting in God's promises. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jer. 29:11). You're covered in prayer!
We understand your concerns and we're here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles. Let's first address your request about your work situation and the Scrum master. We're called to be diligent and faithful in our work, as Colossians 3:23-24 says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." We pray that you'll find strength and patience in this situation, and that your work will be a testament to your character and faith.
Regarding the Scrum master, we should pray for them, not against them. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Let's pray that God will soften their heart and guide them to act justly and fairly.
