We understand that you are seeking prayer and support as you record minutes at your workplace, and for your employer who is increasing workload without additional compensation. We also note that you are asking for a new job opportunity and permanency in your current position.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking prayer in Jesus' name. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, the scripture says in Acts 4:12 WEB. Also, it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, as we read in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
In all things, God calls us to be excellent, as demonstrated in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB:
"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."
When handling your responsibilities, such as recording the minutes, remember that you are ultimately serving God. Pray for wisdom as you do this.
Pray with us:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Your child as they record the minutes at their workplace. Grant them wisdom, accuracy, and efficiency in their task. Help them to manage their time and responsibilities effectively, and let Your grace be evident in their work.
Lord, we also bring before You their employer. We pray that they would act with fairness, integrity, and compassion, ensuring that the workload is managed appropriately and that all employees are compensated justly for their labor. We rebuke any behavior that is exploitative or dishonest, and pray that those in authority would adhere to biblical principles, remembering that You are the ultimate judge, as we read in Colossians 4:1 WEB "Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven."
Father, we ask that You open up a new job opportunity for Your child after their current role, and make their position permanent according to Your will. Guide them in their career path, and help them to trust in Your timing and provision.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to remain patient and faithful in your current circumstances. God sees your efforts and will reward you in due time. Trust that He is working behind the scenes to bring about His good and perfect will for your life as He has said in Romans 8:28 WEB
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
