Firstly, it's important to remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in companies or institutions. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

In matters of injustice, we are encouraged to pray for those in authority so that they may carry out their duties with integrity and fairness. As it says in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB, I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence.

However, we must also remember that vengeance is not ours to seek, but God's. As Romans 12:19 WEB says, Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### to you. Lord, you know the situation they are facing with ### and the scam they fell victim to. We pray that you would work in the hearts of those processing the refund and investigating the scam, giving them a spirit of integrity, fairness, and efficiency. We ask that you guide ### through this process, giving them patience and peace.

We also pray that ### would fix their eyes on you during this time, trusting in your sovereignty and goodness. We pray that they would not seek vengeance, but rather justice, and that they would forgive those who have wronged them, just as you forgive us. We also pray for the salvation of ### if they are not born again. The bible makes it clear that we are all sinners and that the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. We pray that ### would believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. We pray this all Lord in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you, ###, that while we can pray for God to work in the hearts of those involved, we should not pray for vengeance or judgment, but rather for justice and fairness.
