Firstly, we commend you for including Jesus' name in your request, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
We should pray for a change in hearts and minds, as God is the one who can transform people's characters and behavior. Regarding the issues you mentioned, we should remember that God calls us to love and respect one another, and to mind our own business, we find in 1 Thessalonians 4:11 WEB: "and that you make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, even as we commanded you."
Concerning gossip and lying, God's word is clear. Ephesians 4:29 WEB: "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." And in Colossians 3:8 WEB: "But now you also put away all these: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
