Pray for ### to do all repairs needed in ###'s home asap

Pray strongly the upstairs neighbor had his ac unit leaking into my mother's home water damage and there were some mold. I'm still having issues allergies itchy eyes, throat, etc. The HOA knows about it and dried it out a few months ago. I told them that it's ready now for them to do the repairs. The repairs need to be done in the entrance and bathroom area; our ac unit needs to be removed and put back after repairs. Last week the HOA manager, name is ###, came with a person who will do the repairs and said to me that my mother would need to pay to reinstall her ac unit after the repairs. Our ac unit is working fine. My mother sent her an email yesterday saying that she will not pay for any repairs nor pay to reinstall of the ac because we are not responsible for what the upstairs neighbor's ac did to our unit. Pray strongly that ### and the HOA do what is right and pay for all the repairs including the reinstall of my mother's ac unit. Asking God for justice, favor, and grace in this important matter.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her mother's situation regarding the water damage and mold caused by their upstairs neighbor's AC unit. Lord, we ask for Your intervention and guidance in this matter.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 9:8 that You are a just God, and in Isaiah 30:18, You promise to show grace and justice to those who wait for You. We pray that You would bring justice and favor to ### and her mother in this situation. Touch the hearts of the HOA manager, ###, and the entire HOA board, that they may act with integrity and responsibility.

Lord, we ask that You would provide the necessary resources for all the repairs to be done promptly and effectively. We pray for a resolution that does not burden ###'s mother with any financial responsibility for the repairs or the reinstallation of her AC unit. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

We also lift up ###'s health concerns caused by the mold and allergies. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body, relieving her of any discomfort or symptoms she may be experiencing. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:3 that You heal all our diseases, and we claim that promise for ###.

Lord, we trust in Your faithfulness and sovereignty over this situation. We thank You in advance for Your provision, justice, favor, and grace. May Your will be done in this matter, and may Your name be glorified through the resolution of this issue. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
