Heavenly Father,
We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the souls of the Vietnamese individuals who lost their lives in the tragic incident at the Grand Hyatt Erawan in Bangkok. Lord, we know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask for Your comforting presence to envelop the families and friends who are grieving this unimaginable loss.
Lord, we pray for justice and truth to prevail in the midst of these investment disputes that led to such a tragic outcome. Your Word tells us that You love righteousness and justice (Psalm 33:5), and we seek Your divine intervention to bring clarity and resolution to this situation. May those responsible be held accountable, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of those affected (Philippians 4:7).
We also lift up the American Vietnamese individuals who perished, asking for Your special comfort for their families who may be far from their homeland. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround these families with Your love and provide them with the support they need during this difficult time.
Father, we pray for the safety and protection of all who are vulnerable to such dangers. Guide us to be instruments of Your peace and justice in a world that so desperately needs it. Help us to remember that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
