Praying for this request in Jesus Name.
We understand your desire for a swift and fair process in obtaining your Naturalization certificates. Firstly, we must acknowledge that God is sovereign over all nations and institutions, including the USCIS. It is important to remember that God's timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than our ways.
We must also remember that God establishes the governing authorities, and they are God's servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to be subject to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor. Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.
However, we must also address that the use of the phrase "in Jesus name" at the end of the request seems added on without a full understanding of its significance. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." Therefore, let us ensure that our prayers are offered with a true understanding of the power and importance of Jesus' name.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brothers and sisters who are awaiting their Naturalization certificates. We ask, Lord, that You would move in the hearts and minds of those in authority at the USCIS. Guide them to process these applications fairly and efficiently. Lord, we know that You are sovereign over all things, and we trust in Your timing. We ask that You would provide peace and patience to those waiting, and that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray that these certificates would be issued in a manner that is just and true, and that any unnecessary obstacles would be removed. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who sets the captives free and makes a way for the foreigner. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
