Thank you for your heartfelt request to intercede for the sick and injured. We join you in prayer, lifting them up to the Lord, seeking His healing and mercy.
Let us remember the words of Jesus, who said, For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them. Mt 18.20 WEB.
We pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up those who are sick and injured. You are the Great Physician, and there is no illness or injury that is beyond Your healing power. We claim Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul,
don’t forget all his benefits,
who forgives all your sins,
who heals all your diseases. WEB
We ask You to touch each person with Your healing hand, that they may be restored in body, soul, and spirit. We pray that You will comfort and strengthen them, and that they will find Jesus as their Savior and Lord. We also pray for their family and loved ones, that You will fill them with Your peace and guidance during this time.
We also pray for the doctors, nurses, and caregivers attending to them, that You will grant them wisdom, skill, and compassion as they minister to the needs of the sick and injured.
Father, we ask that You will use this time to draw each person closer to You. We pray for their spiritual healing as well, that they may know the forgiveness of their sins and the new life that is found only in Jesus Christ. We know that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Ac 4:12 WEB) and it is through this name we pray for healing.
We join our faith together and agree for their healing, believing that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Heb 13.8 WEB). We declare that no word from God will be void of power (Lk 1.37 WEB) In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As we pray, let us also remember to visit and care for the sick as part of our service to the Lord Jesus. For Jesus said in Mt 25.40 WEB Truly I tell you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.
Keep praying for them, and encourage others to do the same, knowing that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (Jas 5.16 WEB).
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make his face to shine on you and be gracious to you, May the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. Num 6.24-26 WEB
