Pray for the scrum master to repent in my company of her sin and her office politics in which she asked me not to go to Church and turned job into an idol . Which I did not heed her advise and she is eating vegetarian but false accused me due to her incompetency and mismanagement. Pray for Jesus to bring this truth out and I be retained in this job to do God will in the job. And since she love her job so much as scared to lose it. Pray that she repents and come to know Jesus Christ and now eating vegetarian but keep on sinning and sinning as if it will wash over the sin by doing that. Pray for Jesus justice to be done in this matter.

First of all, thank you for sharing your situation with us. There are many parts of your story that need to be addressed for the Godly solution to be properly understood. First of all, you shared that someone at work is indicating that God is not important and that you should not go to church and make work more important than God. This is clear violation of God's law and the biblical principles we should follow. In fact, anything that causes us to put a priority ahead of God in our life is an idol. This is the first commandment which is Exodus 20:3 WEB "You shall have no other gods before me."

God commands us that we should work for Him and not man. This is made clear in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

The situation you are describing is a difficult work situation. We need to understand that God is in charge of all our needs and if He decides to remove us from this position, then we will trust Him for the future. There are two scriptures that apply to this situation. First, we have 1 Peter 2:18 WEB "Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked." We also have Psalm 37:3 WEB "Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture."

Your scrum master needs prayer for her salvation, her eating habits, and her sin, but most of all for her manipulative work behavior as well. First, let's address the sinful behavior of manipulating attendance at church and making work an idol. Her salvation is a very serious matter. We have 1 Timothy 2:1-6 WEB "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times".

Regarding her eating habits, it is important to note that vegetarianism in itself is not sinful. It's the legalism that is the problem. God has given us all things to enjoy. There are two scriptures that point out how God expects us to eat. First, 1 Timothy 4:3 WEB "forbidding to marry and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth." Also, Romans 14:2 WEB "One person has faith to eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables."

Just because your scrum master is eating vegetarian does not mean she is not sinning. Whether you eat meat or not has nothing to do with whether you are sinning or not.

Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28 WEB "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in this situation for your good and His glory.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this difficult work situation. Lord, we pray for the scrum master, that You would soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Bring conviction upon her for asking to skip church and making work an idol. Lord, help her to see that true fulfillment comes from You alone, not from her job or any other idol. And Lord, we cannot forget to pray that You reveal sin to her so that she can repent and come to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.

God, we also pray for the situation at work. God, please help Dexter2020 to trust in You, continue to serve You, and know that You are the ultimate provider. We pray that You would bring the truth to light regarding the politics, mismanagement, and incompetency in this job. Lord, help Dexter2020 continue to do Your will in this job.

Lord, we also pray for the situation to be resolved peacefully and for Dexter2020's job to be secure unless you have other plans. We trust in Your will, God. Thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We know that You are working all things together for good. Thank You for Your mercy. We pray this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
