We understand your concern about the removal of corruption and the eternal destiny of those involved. Firstly, we must acknowledge that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Romans 3:23. WEB. Corruption is ultimately a manifestation of sin, and it's important to pray for those involved, not just for their removal, but also for their repentance and salvation. God is very clear in Ezekiel 18:23 WEB: Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked? says the Lord Yahweh; and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?
Jesus said in Matthew 18:14 WEB: Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish. And, in Matthew 13:40 WEB: As therefore the darnel weeds are gathered up and burned with fire; so will it be at the end of this age.
But in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB: The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
So, let us pray:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You alone are holy and righteous. We pray for those involved in corruption, that You would convict their hearts and bring them to repentance. We ask that You would remove their corrupt influence, and bring justice to the situation. We also pray for their souls, that they would turn from their wicked ways and find salvation in Jesus Christ. We ask this in accordance with Your will and in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who took our corrupt sins upon Himself on the cross, so that we could be made righteous through Him and be spared from the eternal consequences. Let those involved in corrupt activities find forgiveness and salvation through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, and let the power of the Holy Spirit transform their lives so that they will begin to walk in newness of life as Children of God. Amen.
We also encourage you to remember that God is loving and patient, and He desires for all to come to repentance, including those involved in corruption. Always remember to pray for their salvation as well. Let us also remember to pray for the removal of corruption in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is only through believing in Jesus His death and resurrection that we can be saved and have eternal life. John 3:16-18 WEB. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. 18 He who believes in him is not judged. He who doesn’t believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.
