Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our country in prayer. We ask for Your divine intervention to bring the much-needed rains to our land, that the earth may be nourished and the people may be blessed with abundant harvests.
Lord, we also pray for the upcoming parliament elections. Grant wisdom and discernment to the voters and candidates alike. May those who are elected be individuals who seek Your guidance and govern with integrity and righteousness, valuing Your Word and leading according to Your principles.
Lastly, we pray for peace in our world. In these times of turmoil and conflict, we ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would reign in the hearts of all people. Help us to live quiet and peaceable lives in all godliness and honesty, as Your Word instructs in 1 Timothy 2:1-2.
We trust in Your sovereign power and grace, believing that You hear our prayers and will answer according to Your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
