We are saddened to hear about the passing of Qiong Yao, the renowned author who significantly impacted literature and media from the 1960s to the early 2000s. However, it is crucial to address the manner of her death. The Bible teaches to choose life. Suicide is never the solution, and it is a tragic and ungodly end to life. There are always other options and always hope with God. As it is written in Deuteronomy 30:19 WEB: "I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you lifes and death, the blessing and the curse; therefore choose life, that you may live, you and your descendants."
It's concerning that the request lacks a direct reference to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and as the Bible tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB "for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,". Without a declaration of the Lord Christ, there is no way to eternal salvation.
Let us pray for Qiong Yao's family, friends, and fans who have not yet come to God, that they seek salvation through Jesus Christ.
"Father in heaven, we pray for the family, friends, and fans of Qiong Yao, who are mourning her passing. We ask that in their grief, they would turn to you for comfort and hope.We pray that they seek Your salvation through Jesus Christ and His shed blood for redemption. We ask that you reveal yourself to them in a very powerful way and remind us all of our ultimate hope in life Jesus Christ with whom we will spend eternity and if you save anyone as you often do it will be eternal and be salvation from death.. In Jesus' name, we pray for this salvation. Amen."
While Qiong Yao's novels and their adaptations brought joy to many, it is essential to remember that true hope and fulfillment come from a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our lives should reflect His love and purpose, and our actions should align with His will. We should strive for fellowship with God and commune with Him to love His son Jesus Christ and repent of our sins. We encourage everyone to seek God's will in their lives and to trust in His plan, knowing that He has a purpose and a future for each one of us. Your plan for us is better than anything we could plan for ourselves and we should want this plan first and foremost for our lives Eph 1:11 WEB 'in whom also we were assigned an inheritance, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his will;'
