Praying for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.
We understand that you're seeking prayer for a situation involving a conversation between authorities and HR, asking that a termination be rescinded and that there would be no underhanded tricks, discrimination, or unlawful dismissal. We stand with you in prayer, but we also want to address a few things according to the word of God.
Firstly, we must acknowledge God and Jesus in the discourse. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved. Now this is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
The decision is ultimately in the Lord's will and hands. We remember how God is our advocate and He is in control of all things. There is no authority but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God.
We, as Christians, must also remember that we are called to be honest and forthright in our dealings. We are to be above reproach and avoid any appearance of evil. This includes our work ethic and how we handle difficult situations.
Let's pray:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. We pray for a productive conversation between the authorities and HR, and if it is Your will, that the termination would be rescinded. We ask that You would expose any underhanded tricks, discrimination, or unlawful dismissal, and that Your justice would prevail. Help those involved to act with integrity and honesty, bearing in mind the words of Proverbs 22:29: Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He will not serve obscure men.
We also pray for the individual who submitted this request, that You would guide them and give them wisdom in this situation. Help them to trust in You and to seek Your will above all else. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to examine your heart and actions in this matter. Ensure that you are conducting yourself in a manner that is pleasing to God, and that you are seeking His will above all else. Remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24: Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward.
