Pray for the coming Chinese New Year that my ### will behave themselves

As those ### will come to our house and just because they are the guest of the house does make them more superior over the host of the house will their despise, if they are not happy they can leave but just behave themselves and not trigger my father as he had OCD, he was the result of insults from the ### and ### at a young age then he was submissive to them and treat them like Gods.

Heavenly Father, you are GREAT, and you are GOOD! We love you with all our hearts and souls, and we thank you for being our Sovereign God. Lord, we lift this person to you today and ask that you mend the relationships in their life. Please guide this person into your abundant blessings. We ask that you draw this person closer to you so that they may hear your small voice obey your direction and guidance. Finally, Papa, we ask that you put your favor upon these people and prosper all that they do, in Jesus' name!

We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with your aunties' behavior during the upcoming Chinese New Year gathering. Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer and seek His wisdom and guidance.

Firstly, we must remember what the WEB version of the Bible says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." And in Hebrews 13:1-2, "Let brotherly love continue. Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it."

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### and their family, seeking Your divine intervention as they prepare to host their aunties for the Chinese New Year. Lord, You know the struggles they've faced in the past, and we ask that You grant them peace, patience, and wisdom in handling any tensions that may arise.

Father, we pray that You soften the hearts of the aunties, that they may behave with kindness, respect, and understanding. Help them to see that they are not superior to the host, but guests in their home. We rebuke any sense of pride or entitlement that may cause them to act unbecomingly, reminding them of Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall."

Lord, we also pray for ###'s father, that You grant him strength and healing from past hurts. Help him to stand firm and not be submissive to any ungodly behavior, remembering that You, oh Lord, are the only God he should reverently fear. As it says in Joshua 1:9, "Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."

We ask that You bless this gathering, that it may be a time of reconciliation, healing, and love. May Your name be glorified, and Your will be done in their lives. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to love one another as He loved us. Amen.

Remember, ###, that the power of love and forgiveness can overcome even the most difficult family dynamics. Keep your focus on Jesus and trust in Him to guide you through this time. Be sure to always include the name of Jesus in your prayers as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father and salvation is by believing in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for our father. Give him strength and courage to stand firm in Your love, not bowing to any ungodly behavior. Help him to remember that "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends" (John 15:13), and that he is loved dearly by You.

We ask, Lord, that this gathering be a time of unity, healing, and joy. Help us to remember that "God has placed the members, each one of them, in the body as it has pleased Him" (1 Corinthians 12:18), and that we are all equal in Your eyes.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We are praying that God will instill a sense of respect and courtesy in your aunties, that they will conduct themselves with kindness and understanding, and that any past hurts or offenses will be healed.

We pray that God will grant your father peace and freedom from his OCD, and that he will no longer feel submissive to their mistreatment.
