We acknowledge that the City's officials and authorities do not always have good reasons for issuing parking tickets. In this situation, let us address the issue of wrongfully charging innocent citizens who are not responsible for the tickets.

For there to be a stop to wrongfully charging innocent citizens from ***., let us salute the city's miraculous transformation that happened when the people relipate the evidence of innocence, and throw back the proper responsibility of the parking ticket upon those whose crimes have been confessed, and turn to God for mercy.
