Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts burdened for the community of Chula Vista, particularly for the innocent Christian drivers who travel along Broadway Street. Lord, You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we seek Your divine intervention in this matter. Your Word tells us in Psalm 82:3 to "Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy." We ask that You extend Your protection over those who are wrongfully stalked and harassed by the authorities.
Father, we lift up the Chula Vista Police Department to You. We pray for a transformation of hearts and minds within this institution. May they be guided by Your wisdom and discernment, and may their actions reflect Your justice and mercy. Proverbs 21:3 reminds us that "To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice." We pray that the officers would uphold these principles in their duties.
Lord, we ask that You expose any wrongdoing and bring it to light. Let there be accountability and transparency within the police department. We pray for peace and safety for all drivers on Broadway Street, especially those who follow You and seek to live righteously. May Your presence be a shield around them, as promised in Psalm 5:12, "For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield."
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray for an end to this harassment and for justice to prevail. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
