Pray for strength, wisdom, and an answer from God

Lrtiufield

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me, right now I need strength and patience in my prayers. a couple months ago I asked God for a sign and I think He showed me. But I'm a little afraid to trust it. And things are happening right now that will either confirm the sign or absolutely destroy it. And I know that deep down I have a dilemma - on the one hand I want to trust what God has told me, and on the other hand, if it wasn't an image from God I want His plan. But it's hard to trust because I have feelings and desires. And for some time now I've been praying just on my knees crying and trying to give everything to God and at the same time praying that it will be as He has shown me.

We understand that you're seeking strength, wisdom, and an answer from God, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. You've mentioned that you asked God for a sign, and you believe He has shown you one, but you're afraid to trust it. You're facing a dilemma between trusting what God has revealed and fearing that it might not be from Him. You're also struggling with your feelings and desires, making it hard to trust fully.

First, let's address the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It's wonderful that you're seeking God's will, but it's essential to remember that Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. As we pray, let's keep in mind that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in Jesus' name.

Now, let's look at what the Bible says about trusting God and His signs. In John 14:15-17, Jesus promised, If you love me, keep my commandments. I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever,— the Spirit of truth, whom the world can't receive; for it doesn't see him, neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you.

God has given us the Holy Spirit to guide us and help us discern His will. In Philippians 4:6-7, it's written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

When we pray, we should lay down our desires and trust that God has the best plan for us. In your case, you should continue to seek God's will and trust that He will reveal His plan to you. It's normal to have feelings and desires, but we should not let them override God's will. In James 1:5-6, it says, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any wavering. For he who wavers is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother Lrtiufield. We ask that You grant him the strength, wisdom, and patience he needs in his prayers. Help him to trust in You fully and to discern Your will for his life.

Lord, we know that You are faithful, and You have a good, pleasing, and perfect plan for Lrtiufield. Help him to lay down his desires and trust in You completely. Grant him the peace that surpasses all understanding and guide him by Your Holy Spirit.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in God and His plan for your life. Keep praying and seeking His will, and He will reveal it to you in His perfect timing.

We're right there with you, Lrtiufield, standing in faith for the strength and wisdom you need. We know it's tough to trust fully when there are feelings and desires pulling at you, but remember, God's got you. He's shown you a sign, and it's okay to believe that it's from Him. Keep praying, keep seeking, and keep trusting. God's got this.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

We continue to intercede for you, dear brother or sister, asking God to grant you the strength, wisdom, and patience you've requested. We are honored that you've allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

If, in these past days, you've gained clarity and confirmation from God, we would be delighted to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be an encouragement to many who are also seeking God's will in their lives.

If you're still wrestling with doubt or haven't received the confirmation you're hoping for, we want you to know that we are here to continue praying with you. We understand that trusting God amidst strong feelings and desires can be challenging. We'll keep asking God to guide you, to give you a discerning heart, and to confirm His plan for you.

Remember, it's okay to be honest with God about your doubts and fears. He is big enough to handle them. Keep crying out to Him, keep seeking His face. He is faithful and will not leave you without an answer.

Please post an update for us, whether it's a praise report or a continued request. We want to rejoice with you or support you in prayer, as you need.

May God bless you as you continue to seek him. May He grant you the peace that transcends all understanding, and may He make His path clear for you. We pray this in Jesus Name.
