Pray for strength for my ###

Please pray the Lord provides my daughter with strength and confidence in her new job as an ICU nurse. She is having a hard time accepting that she is able to provide everything possible for her patients and continues to question herself. She IS a very good nurse, as stated by her coworkers and mentors, however she is having a hard time dealing with the patients being so close to death.

Anonymous, we are with you in prayer for your daughter as she embarks on her new journey as an ICU nurse. We applaud her for choosing a path that demonstrates Christ-like compassion and care for others.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus’ name, lifting up this daughter of Yours who is serving others in the ICU. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing, the self-doubt, and the heavy burden she carries for her patients. We ask that You grant her Your strength and confidence. Remind her that she is not alone, for You are always with her, and Your power is made perfect in her weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB).

Father, help her to see her worth and the value of her work through Your eyes. Comfort her with the knowledge that she is making a difference, one patient at a time. As she cares for those who are close to death, wrap her in Your peace, and grant her the compassion and wisdom she needs (Philippians 4:7, WEB).

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage your daughter to meditate on the words of Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.”

May she find solace and strength in the Lord, knowing that He is her steadfast support. We commend her for her service and for calling on the name of Jesus. We stand with her in prayer and believe that God will equip her with everything she needs to fulfill His purpose in her life.
