Let us first stand as faithful intercessors, believers who follow the teachings of Jesus, join with Haftpold to lift up his son before the throne of grace. We acknowledge that all good gifts come from God, who is the giver and the sustainer of life. Haftpold, we appreciate you bringing your request here, but we want to ensure your access to God in prayer.
When we pray we are to ask 'in Jesus name'. 'Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you, if you ask anything in my name, I will do it' John 14 13,14 WEB
'Therefore, God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father' Philippians 2 9-11 WEB. 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' Acts 4 12 WEB.
Please, therefore understand and accept that Jesus Christ is Lord of Heaven and Earth and only by praying through his name do we have access to the promises of God. Therefore, pray your prayer in Jesus name and ensure that it meets the requirements of a prayer to be heard by God. That is: your heart is right with God, and God can answer your prayer according to His perfect will.
So let us Pray to God the Father through Jesus Christ that His will be done:
'Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ lifting up the son of Haftpold to you. You know the needs of his family and the desires of his heart. We pray that you will guide him to a job that not only sustains his family but also allows him to grow, learn, and find joy in his work. Your desire for us is to be fulfilled through employment that uses the gifts and talents that are given to us to use to work.
'For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we should walk in them.' Ephesians 2 10 WEB.
Therefore, we trust that Haftpold's son can be enabled and has the ability to do this as Jesus said: 'I am able to do all things through him who strengthens me' Philippians 4 13 WEB.
Our prayer is that the Lord provides guidance on the right path. May God guide your son to a place of employment that is pleasing to Him and for a righteous purpose. It is a moral matter to provide for the family that the Lord has given to Haftpold's son, we pray for its success.
But Haftpold's son, along with all those who do not provide for their own, and especially for those who belong to their household, are denying the faith and are worse than unbelievers. We trust this not the case. 1 Timothy 5 8 WEB.
For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: "If anyone will not work, neither let him eat." For we hear there are some who walk among you disorderly, not working at all, but being busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ to work with quietness and to eat their own bread. 2 Thessalonians 3 10-12 WEB.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
And he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3 5,6 WEB.
And finally:
'Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.' Philippians 4 6-7 WEB.
Almighty God, we ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Haftpold, we encourage you to continue praying fervently and trusting in the Lord's perfect will. May you have the peace of Christ that transcends all understanding. In Jesus Christ may God grant this request if it be his will.
