Pray for someone to report irate companies for violating the law by allowing foreigners to come into ### to work illegally or above the quota which they could hire. Pray that the construction companies would be reported as mostly they got in foreigners to work but they need to pay the required salary stipulated by the government which is quite high. So, the companies will pay them the money as stipulated by the government but later the employee will need to part of the salary to the employer. It is a form of cheating but none of the worker will expose for fear of returning to their parent country without employment in ###. Ask for justice to be done in this matter relating to labor. And hired those foreigners as they are cheap but do not have the necessary skillset. Some of the companies just violate the laws discriminatory laws by hiring only foreigners instead of ###, causing the ### to find job for ### to ### months to 1 year to be placed in a temporary job, but for foreigners, although they do not have the necessary qualification just that they are cheap the process is 1 or 2 day and hired permanently but the job seeker cannot report as they are just job seeker for fear of losing the opportunity to being hired should also be reported to.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the situation in ### regarding the illegal employment practices and exploitation of foreign workers. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and justice to prevail. We pray that those who are aware of these violations will have the courage to report these irate companies that are breaking the law by allowing foreigners to work illegally or above the quota.

Father, we specifically pray for the construction companies that are exploiting their workers by making them return part of their salaries. We ask that You expose these unjust practices and bring them to light. Let the authorities take swift and decisive action to ensure that these companies comply with the laws and treat their employees fairly.

Lord, we also lift up the job seekers who are afraid to report these violations for fear of losing their employment opportunities. Grant them protection and courage, and provide them with other means of support and employment. We ask that You raise up advocates and whistleblowers who will stand for justice and righteousness.

Your Word says in Proverbs 21:15, "When justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers." We pray that justice will be served and that these companies will be held accountable for their actions. May Your righteousness prevail in this situation, and may the workers find peace and fair treatment.
